ACCESSIBLE ENTERTAINMENT

Creating accessible and inclusive experiences for everyone

Our venue has been designed with accessibility in mind, with designated drop-off points and accessible seating spaces, as well as wide corridors and doors.

We're committed to providing experiences that are accessible and inclusive for everyone. That's why we work in partnership with AccessAble, providing detailed accessibility information to help visitors plan their visit with confidence and make the most of their experience.

Accessibility is about more than just physical facilities, it’s our culture and attitude that sets us apart. As an organisation, we are aligned with the “Attitude is Everything’ Charter of Best Practice and currently hold Gold status. We are continually working behind the scenes to increase the accessibility and inclusivity of our venue, making sure that every visit to our campus is an enjoyable one.

We’re proud to be an official Sunflower Friendly business, recognising that not all disabilities are visible but can significantly impact everyday life. The Sunflower lanyard offers a simple, discreet way for someone to let people know they may need a little extra time, understanding, or support. It helps staff, clients, and visitors feel more confident and respected while navigating our campus.

We hope the information below answers any questions you may have. If you have any further questions, please contact guestexperience@lexliverpool.com
