TICKET DISPATCH & DELIVERY

TICKET DISPATCH & DELIVERY

As tickets hold a monetary value, to minimise loss or theft tickets are sent just prior to the date of the event itself. If you have not received your tickets 2-3 days before the event please get in touch with us via customerservice@ticketquarter.co.uk. There will also be an on site box office open on the day of your event for any last minute ticketing issues, thank you

If you have selected an e-ticket at the point of purchase then it should be attached to your original email sent by tickets@ticketquarter.co.uk with the subject line ‘Confirmation of order number xxx’ Most e-tickets are sent immediately after purchasing your tickets and on some devices appear at the top or bottom of the email. Please always check your junk folder. Some e-tickets will not be ready to issue to customers immediately, these tickets will be emailed out before the date of the event. If you have not received your e-ticket 2 weeks before the event, please contact us on customerservice@ticketquarter.co.uk

Tickets booked using a Credit or Debit card must be posted to the Card Holder's registered address. We are obliged to implement this rule under the terms of our contract with the Card Issuers (VISA, MasterCard, American Express etc.) and are unable to make any exceptions.

Tickets booked using cards that are registered to addresses outside the UK, cannot be posted abroad and instead will automatically be held for collection at the venue Box Office regardless of the delivery method chosen at the time of booking.

The following information is applicable to customers who chose ‘Collect from Venue Box Office’ as their preferred delivery method at checkout when the original purchase was made.

Tickets purchased through Ticket Quarter will be available to collect from the venue box office from 12noon on the day of the event. Tickets purchased through other sellers (ticketmaster, SEE etc) will be available to collect from the venue box office from when the doors open for the event. The doors opening times can be found on the venue website and in the pre-show event information email.

If you did not select ‘Collect from Venue Box Office’ as your preferred delivery method and are now wishing to collect, please email customerservice@ticketquarter.co.uk

If you are unable to bring the card with which the booking was made to the box office, please bring along photo ID and a copy of the transaction in the form of an individualized transaction bank statement, or you can show this on your online banking app where possible. Please note, we will only issue tickets to the cardholder.

Tickets are sold for private use and the M&S Bank Arena monitor their sale and resale.  If we have reason to believe tickets are being resold we may invalidate them and refuse entry to the event. The M&S Bank Arena is a member of STAR (The Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers/Secure Tickets from Authorised Retailers) which identifies reputable ticket outlets.
