Senior Technician - Vision

The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel.  Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.

 We are looking to recruit a Senior Technician – Vision to join our expanding Production Team, on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role within a fast paced multi-purpose venue.

Experience of designing, operating and maintaining AV systems (projection, networks, playback, LED walls etc) is an essential part of this role, as is a desire the drive the technical standards in AV forwards. It is expected that the candidate will also have key skills in sound, lighting and staging.

The role involves direct interaction with a wide variety of clients, production companies and Senior Management, and as such a high level of communication skills and attention to detail are essential for the success of this role. Previous experience of working on large corporate events, sporting events, concerts, exhibitions would also be advantageous.

The ability to multi-task, being self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independently are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent customer service and first-class communication skills.
