Operations and Venues Management Apprentice

The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. 

Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, developing our offer to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services. In 2023, we are continuing to host many amazing and varied events, including the Eurovision Song Contest.

The position is a 24 month apprenticeship during which you will study towards a Level 4 Project Management qualification through Wirral Met College.

The successful candidate will have a desire to gain the relevant knowledge and experience needed to become a Project Manager.

The main duties of the role will include supporting the Operations and Venue Management team in the administrative aspects of onsite project delivery, to ensure project compliance is maintained throughout the project life cycle and to build relationships with the project stakeholders.
