Salary: Apprentice Rate of Pay
Hours: 37.5 hours inclusive of study time

The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. 

Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, developing our offer to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services. In 2023, we are continuing to host many amazing and varied events, including the Eurovision Song Contest.

The position is a 24 month apprenticeship during which you will study towards a Property Maintenance Level 2 qualification

Main responsibilities will include:

-Carrying out under supervision planned and reactive maintenance to the fabric, fixtures and fittings of the facility.

- Provide support under supervision to the team of engineers in delivery of event services such as, temporary electrics, temporary plumbing and event mark outs.

- Communicating with a number of internal and external customers 

- Providing administrative support to the Operations and FM team when required

- Learning and supporting the function of a fast-paced Facilities Maintenance department.

- Under supervision provide support to other operational teams with room and venue set ups.
