ER Advisor

The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. 

Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, developing our offer to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services. In 2023, we are continuing to host many amazing and varied events, including the Eurovision Song Contest.

We are looking to recruit an experienced CIPD qualified ER Advisor who is passionate about delivering an excellent HR service to the business.

The successful candidate will provide generalist HR support and advice on a wide range of employment matters and will establish credibility, building effective relationships with managers and staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ER matters such as managing discipline and grievance procedures, organisational restructures, absence management and performance processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are fundamental to this role.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing day to day advice on general people matters and will enjoy reviewing and improving existing HR processes.
