The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel.
Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, developing our offer to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services. In 2023, we are continuing to host many amazing and varied events, including the Eurovision Song Contest.
The service offered to both The ACC Liverpool Group and external Companies includes online ticketing solutions, on site box office solutions, industry expertise, sales and marketing and promotions support and a first class contact centre.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Arena Ticketing team for a Client Account Manager. We are looking for a positive, highly motivated, self-driven individual, to continue to service an established customer base and more importantly to further grow the territory. You will have the ability to create and build strong working relationships at all levels within our current client network and be able to use that same ability to build new business across the product range. You will be a strategic thinker who uses all data and resources available to create solutions, technical support and success.
The role will be responsible for the set-up of shows and events on the ticketing system and managing event ticket sales on a day to day basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work as part of the team to develop and manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer care is maintained across all ticketing clients.
The successful candidate will have experience in either working within ticketed venues, events or attractions, along with knowledge of Ticketing Systems.
The candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Problem solving ability, self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
