Casual Venue Logistics Operative

The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, developing our offer to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services. In 2023, we are continuing to host many amazing and varied events, including the recent Eurovision Song Contest.

We are looking to recruit a  Casual Venue Logistics Operative to join our Operations team working in the Venue Logistics Team.

In this role you would be responsible for setting-up and de-rigging all Arena, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool events.  The role requires a proactive approach to deliver timely changeovers in order to facilitate the smooth running of various types of events within ACC Liverpool.

A proactive and organised approach, along with a passion for excellent customer service is key in this role to ensure client needs are met and the overall customer experience is second to none.  

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a similar team within a multi-purpose fast paced venue, health and safety knowledge and hold a current Manual Handling qualification.

In addition to the above, experience of Fork Lifts, Mewps, Pallet trucks; staging such as SICO, Nivoflex and Steel Deck; the Sandler arena seating system; floor mark outs and drape changes, would be advantageous in this post.
