The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.

 

We are looking to recruit Casual Venue Logistics Operatives to join our Venue Logistics Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the set-up and de-rig of all events across the M&S Arena, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool. You will take a proactive approach to delivering efficient and timely changeovers, ensuring the smooth operation of a wide variety of events within ACC Liverpool.

A well-organised and proactive mindset, combined with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, is essential to ensure client requirements are met and the overall customer experience is of the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within a similar team in a fast-paced, multi-purpose venue, possess strong health and safety knowledge, and hold a current Manual Handling qualification.

Experience with forklifts, MEWPs and pallet trucks; staging systems such as SICO, Nivoflex and Steel Deck; the Sandler arena seating system; floor mark-outs; and drape changes would be advantageous.
