The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel.  Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.

 

We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our expanding IT Solutions Team, on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role within a fast paced environment and have experience in administering and managing business applications and databases – the main application used by the business is the event management platform Ungerboeck.  Demonstrable experience of advanced reporting and data analysis using relational databases (SQL) and SSRS reporting tools is also essential,  with knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 products and ideally API integrations.

The role involves direct interaction with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external suppliers including Senior Management, and as such a high level of communication skills and attention to detail are essential for the success of this role.

The ability to multi-task, good problem solving skills and being self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and independently are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will also need to be enthusiastic, like minded and complement our experienced and talented ACC team.
