The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. 

Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, developing our offer to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services. In 2023, we are continuing to host many amazing and varied events, including the recent Eurovision Song Contest.

The successful candidate will significantly increase ACC Liverpool’s market share and contribution from the National and International Association sector in addition to supporting the development of business overall to ACC Liverpool. An integral market to the Group, the successful individual will also drive legacy which will have a direct impact across the Liverpool City Region.

The ideal candidate will have experience of the highest levels of customer care and account management within a consultative sales environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in and an excellent knowledge of the UK conference market with a particular interest within the Association sector. As well as a proven event industry background, the candidate should be able to demonstrate a knowledge of current industry trends and be able to demonstrate a good awareness of competitor destinations across the Europe.
