By listening to feedback from our customers, we can ensure we maintain the standards we would expect of ourselves.

We value our customers’ feedback and we regularly get in touch to ask them about their experiences. We take all of the responses we receive seriously and we use them to develop and improve the venue.

You can submit your comments, questions and suggestions to us using our feedback form.


You can provide feedback about Exhibition Centre Liverpool in person. Please make contact with any member of the team on site for a query during an event and, if necessary, ask to speak to the Front of House Manager, who will attempt to resolve your query there and then.  However, if this is not possible, the operational team will detail your query and pass it on to our Customer Experience Manager, who will acknowledge your feedback within 5 working days and outline how your complaint or suggestion will be dealt with.

During busy periods this may take longer, but please be assured that we will keep you informed of when you can expect a reply.
