Refunds on tickets for cancelled or rescheduled events
We want our customers to have confidence in booking tickets to attend events at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool. In the event of any changes to government guidance or local measures which prevent events taking place at the time, all customers who book through Ticket Quarter will be entitled to a full refund as per our usual terms and conditions.
For events that need to reschedule, all tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date; with refunds available for any customers who cannot make the rescheduled date.
We would encourage you to book all tickets via our website, through Ticket Quarter, to receive all the latest communications regarding event information and to ensure we can manage any required refunds.
