1207 DELI
From within the glazed atrium, 1207 Deli serves up delicious, hand-carved bacon joints on fresh brioche buns, speciality coffees and a selection of sweet and savoury pastries. Antipasti deli boards are afternoon specialities, made to order and perfect with a glass of wine.
1207 BAR
Complementing the Deli, 1207 Bar offers a wide selection of premium lagers, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. Try different flavoured gin recipes courtesy of nearby specialist gin makers Liverpool Gin - a gin and tonic with a genuine Liverpool twist!
1207 Kitchen
Our in-hall cafés feature chef’s hot specials, homemade soups and made-to-order sandwiches using hand-carved roasted meats on a brioche bun. Our traditional ‘Old English’ homemade sausage rolls topped with toasty seeds are a favourite, event-friendly delicacy!
