Hours: 42 hours per week (2148 annualised - 75% nights)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Control Room Supervisor to join our Security Services Team. This role will be working flexible shift patterns on a 4-on 4-off basis. Please note that the shifts will comprise of day and night stretches, 75%-night shifts and 25%-day shifts.
The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the safety and security of The ACC Liverpool Group premises, staff, guests, and visitors. To lead the Security Control Room Operatives and the daily running of all procedures and act as Incident Manager on events when required and lead on the coordination of all incident management across the ACC Liverpool Group campus.
Main duties of this role include:
To oversee the daily running of the Security Control room, including all integrated security and safety systems, and to supervise and manage a team of Control Room Operatives and Security Officers in line with The ACC Liverpool Groups policy and procedures.
To lead the initial response on any security, first aid or emergency that arises on The ACC Liverpool Group Premises, escalating through the appropriate channels when necessary.
