We are currently looking for a Social Value and Engagement Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

As our Social Value and Engagement Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of creating positive change across Liverpool Experience Campus and the wider community. From building partnerships with local charities and community groups to sharing inspiring stories of impact, no two days will be the same. You'll bring people together, champion volunteering and social value initiatives, measure the difference we're making, and help turn great ideas into meaningful outcomes that benefit our people, partners and communities.

You will: 
•    Coordinate and drive delivery of Liverpool Experience Campus' Social Value Plan, ensuring commitments are achieved and impact is maximised.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, charities, supply chain partners and key stakeholders across the city region.
•    Monitor, analyse and report social value performance, using tools such as the National TOMs Framework and Social Value Portal to measure impact against targets.
•    Develop engaging case studies, impact stories and communications that showcase the positive difference our social value initiatives make to people and communities.
•    Support the management of our community foundation, employee volunteering initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.
•    Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to embed social value, accessibility, wellbeing and inclusion into our day-to-day activities.
•    Represent Liverpool Experience Campus at external events, forums and partnership meetings, helping to raise awareness of our social value ambitions and identify opportunities for collaboration.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a real difference and excited by the opportunity to connect people, projects and communities. You'll be a natural relationship-builder who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, bringing people together to achieve shared goals. With strong communication skills, you'll be confident creating engaging content, impact stories and reports, while also enjoying the challenge of gathering and analysing data to demonstrate outcomes. Organised, collaborative and driven, you'll thrive on coordinating projects and events, championing social value, and helping us create an inclusive, accessible and welcoming environment for everyone.
