For multi-day events of 500 delegates or more the city can offer a complimentary destination welcome. This welcome can include flags and posters with your event name and date using our own city welcome design, in addition to tent cards positioned in all hotels being used by your delegates. This complimentary service is offered by the Liverpool Convention Bureau through Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

Exhibition Centre Liverpool offers a range of complimentary digital signage options to welcome your visitors. These include welcome screens, external digital totems and registration screens as well as a listing on the Exhibition Centre Liverpool website featuring up to 500 words, image and logo. Additional, chargeable branding opportunities are available – please ask for more details.

The area immediately outside Exhibition Centre Liverpool, known as the Piazza, includes three hotels - Pullman Liverpool, Jurys Inn and Staybridge Suites and the Liverpool Waterfront car park. It is the main entrance route for visitors and delegates and offers several high-impact opportunities. These include car park banners, exterior flags and flagpoles.
